Peter DeLucia has dedicated his career to public service. Since his election in 2005, he has brought an extensive knowledge of public administration, environmental regulations and code enforcement to the Town Board. With his commitment to the practical, fair and effective enforcement of Town regulations, Peter has been regarded as one of our most experienced and hardest working Council members. His unique combination of educational, professional and volunteer experience makes him an invaluable asset for our town government.
Peter’s efforts over the past two years were key to the successful completion of projects including the town pool renovations, new construction at the Little League field in TownPark, and the implementation of a more user-friendly regulatory process for homeowners. Peter took a leadership role in delivering a sound, zero-increase budget which began a phased project to repair our dilapidated roads. He looks forward to completing work with state and local officials to facilitate the Library’s move to a new facility in TownPark; a move that ends a decade-long year impasse and that will allow Lewisboro to achieve long-awaited ADA compliance by utilizing the existing library building. With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Peter pledges to streamline and modernize the Town Supervisor’s office.
